We had an incredible experience with Homer Inspection! We worked with Ernie, and he was super thorough, explaining each step of the process as he went through the house. He made it very easy to ask questions and answered thoroughly, but simply enough that we could understand, since we have little-to-no home inspection knowledge. After the 3.5hr in-person inspection, we received a same-day 70page document of photos and descriptions of each part of the house that was inspected. My personal favorite part of the report was the “color coded” aspects - things that are most important to repair were in red, and things that were okay/monitoring areas were in blue. This inspection also came with price breakdowns of what each repair may cost, and what type of work it would require (specific contractor vs DIY/handyman) for repairs. As a first-time home buyer, this report and inspection process was low-stress and highly informational through Homer Inspection! Highly, highly recommended!
