Last month I had mold appear in my apartment, I immediately knew that I wanted to hire an inspector to look after my apartment maintenance did their remediation. The last thing I wanted was for them to miss something and the mold continue to spread. Luckily, I got an email right away from Joanne.

Joanne was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She made sure that I was well aware of the optimal testing conditions due to the weather changing and asked plenty of questions inquiring why I wanted to reach out. Honestly, this helped put my mind at ease knowing that I picked the right company for the job.

The day of the inspection, I had Chris Misner. Chris was also very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated his mannerisms and ability to make me feel comfortable especially because I was there without my partner. Chris made sure to explain every step he was doing and intended to do. He also explained all the instruments and tests he used. Chris also made sure to educate me on the difference in mold species and environmental changes that can cause mold to appear. As someone tends overthink and sometimes think of the worst case scenario, I was immediately reassured. I could not thank them enough. They deserve all their flowers (:
