				Last month I had mold appear in my apartment, I immediately knew that I wanted to hire an inspector to look after my apartment maintenance did their remediation. The last thing I wanted was for them to miss something and the mold continue to spread. Luckily, I got an email right away from Joanne.



Joanne was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She made sure that I was well aware of the optimal testing conditions due to the weather changing and asked plenty of questions inquiring why I wanted to reach out. Honestly, this helped put my mind at ease knowing that I picked the right company for the job.



The day of the inspection, I had Chris Misner. Chris was also very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated his mannerisms and ability to make me feel comfortable especially because I was there without my partner. Chris made sure to explain every step he was doing and intended to do.
