We just had our dream home inspected as first time home buyers and we had an incredible experience with Chris Misner! He was professional, personable, knowledgable, and thorough, spending 5 hours on our inspection. He took extra time to teach us about the home systems and how to keep them well maintained in the future. He gave us advice about repair costs, how to prioritize safety issues, and what items we should address on what timeline. We would recommend this service to any buyer! Thanks Chris we appreciate you!

Just spent 3 hours of a crazy Monday with the team at Homer Inspection Services. When they arrived at our future home, they got right to work, while we were working with an additional inspector. While they assessed the home they gave us a thorough review of the property discussing any issues they found ranking from most important to least. We are confident in the assessment the Homer Inspection Team did and would recommend them to anyone who has a home inspection coming up!

Very thorough and detailed inspection. If they can reach it they'll inspect it and give you a detailed breakdown of it and what it needs to be fixed. After seeing two of their inspection reports, I'd definitely use them again.

I cannot recommend this inspector enough! This is actually the second time I have used his services for a home purchase, and he consistently delivers top-tier work.He is incredibly thorough, taking his time to inspect every single inch of the property from top to bottom while explaining his findings in a way that is easy to understand. His deep knowledge and professional demeanor put me completely at ease during what can be a stressful process. He is always helpful, answers every question with patience, and provides clear, detailed reports. If you need a reliable, knowledgeable, and meticulous home inspector, look no further—I wouldn’t use anyone else!
