I'm in the process of buying a home and had a home inspection done with Ernie. I'm usually early for meetings but Ernie was there before I was already working. He walked me through some of the inspection items that he thought I should know and also updated me on what items should be checked and how often.

Knowing that I was not knowledgeable about a lot of those things, he explained it in a way that I understood but did not feel uneducated. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
